EcoCal® Fruit & Vegetable Wash

EcoCal® Shell Calcium Oxide (powder) is derived from discarded gold clam shells from the Li Chuan Aquafarm in Hualien. Undergoing high-temperature calcination at 1000℃, three rounds of filtration and screening, and airflow grading for heavy metal and microbial quality control, it becomes a natural antibacterial, deodorizing, and stain-removing alkaline ingredient that you can trust. It has also passed the French ECOCERT 100% natural certification.

Instructions

• As a Fruit & Vegetable Wash: it can degrade pesticides, reduce chemical residues, and effectively maintain the freshness of fruits and vegetables. Mix 1g of powder with 1L of water, soak fruits and vegetables for about 1-3 minutes, then rinse off the surface impurities with water before cooking. This disinfectant can be used repeatedly to wash fruits and vegetables.
• As a Disinfectant Solution: fill in a spray bottle with a nozzle. Shake well before use, then spray onto the surface of the object to maintain sterilization and disinfection effect for 24 hours. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. It can be used for up to a year.

Precautions

Avoid spraying directly on aluminum, copper, or leather to prevent corrosion, discoloration, or shrinkage.
