Purchases HK$200 or more in our stores (including online stores) and register with simple personal information to become a member. Become our member and you can participate in the exclusive points accumulation program to get discount coupons. We may also announce different special member offers, discounts, and gifts from time to time.

Pimary Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Spends HK$200 or more in stores (including the website) and registers by entering your email address can become a basic member and participate in the points reward program.
2. Member Points Rewards Scheme: Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent. (Points can only be earned if the entire order is full of regular-priced goods. Points will not be counted if there is a discounted item.)
• Every 2,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$100 cash discount coupon.
• Every 3,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$200 cash discount coupon.
• Every 4,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$400 cash discount coupon. and upgrade to Pimary VIP membership for one year.
3. VIP memberships can enjoy a 10% discount on full-priced items throughout the year.
4. Cash discount coupons and VIP membership benefits can be used online and in-store.
5. Products redeemed with cash discount coupons are calculated based on the original price of the products.
6. Cash discount coupons redeemed with reward points must be used within one month, otherwise, they will be invalid and will not be reissued. Please redeem the discount coupon before using the discount to avoid the coupon expiring.
7. After registering as a member at our stores (excluding the website), you will receive a HK$50 welcome coupon, which can be used to deduct HK$50 from your next purchase of full-priced items of HK$250 or more.
• Welcome coupon includes a valid discount coupon code and are valid within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email. That is, after registering as a member on January 1st, you must use it before February 1st, otherwise it will be invalid.
• After registering at our store, you will need to register on the website using the same email address to view and use existing rewards.
• Welcome coupon are only applicable to full-priced items.
8. Pimary will launch member-exclusive offers and give away gifts from time to time.
9. Birthday benefit: After providing the birthday date, members will receive a 15% discount coupon and a birthday gift in the birthday month.
• The 15% off birthday coupon is valid for one month. Members will receive an email from the system and the coupon will be valid within one month after receiving the email.
• Birthday discounts are available for purchases of any amount.
• Birthday gifts must be redeemed after shopping in our stores during the birthday month. No replacement will be given after the deadline.
10. Members must fill in their birthday month when registering for membership, or fill in the month on the website to enjoy the member birthday offer.
11. Membership is permanent, but membership points are only valid for one year, and the expired points will be automatically cleared by the system.
12. Membership and reward points belong to the member personally and cannot be transferred to others.
13. Membership and points records are based on the records of Pimary's computer system. All discount vouchers redeemed using Rewards Points must be used within 30 days of redemption.
14. All gifts are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis, and quantities are limited.
15. The personal information provided by members is only used to operate Pimary's membership discount program and to provide members with discounts from time to time. If members fail to provide their personal information, Pimary may not be able to provide the above services to members.
