The filter paper and individual packaging are imported from Japan, and the coffee bags are made in Hong Kong by grinding our own roasted coffee beans upon receipt of the order.
The heart shaped ladle sachets are more stable on the cup, so you can brew good coffee without any worries!
Brewing ratio:
1 to 15 ｜12g coffee powder to 180g water
Water temperature:
90 - 92°C (88 - 90°C recommended for Tanzania Lunji Estate AA/AB)
Brewing time:
approx. 1 minute 30 seconds
1. Make sure the coffee powder is under the dotted line of the ladle, then tear it along the dotted line
2. Hang the ladle as far as possible so that the coffee powder is as flat as possible
3. As the coffee powder is not instantly ground, there is no need to "shake" it, so there is no need to pre-soak it, just fill it with water in two stages.
4. A hand-poured kettle is not required, but a regular electric kettle will do.
The whole process should be completed in about 1 minute 30 seconds.

Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the quality of your product please use the Contact Us page to email us with the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.
Any returns due to quality issues must be contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Unfortunately we do not accept product returns if you have changed your mind or don't like the scent.
We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement. (Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.)
