Wine making
Manual harvest. Fermentation without destemming in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature followed by a long maceration. Part of the wine was staging in French oak barrels for 8 months.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of forest and pine needle. A true blend of Dão region.
