Veggie Edge Jeffrey's vegan coriander sauce is made without the addition of five spices and is ideal for those who like coriander but are vegetarian.
The unique feature of this coriander sauce is the addition of two different varieties of coriander, YIO Chinese and Thai coriander, which adds to the aroma and flavor of the coriander, and because there are no five spices in the sauce, YIO freshly grown lemon leaves and YIO ginger are added to give it a fresh and flavorful texture and to create different dishes

About Jeffrey 素緣廚房
Jeffrey has 22 years of experience in the catering industry and 14 years of experience in the western catering department of hotels, including 6 years at the Peninsula Hotel, where he learnt a lot about international cuisine, which has helped him to create vegetarian dishes in the future.
Five years ago, due to the influence of my friends and my religious beliefs, I became a vegetarian chef. I hope to promote vegetarian culture and to bring you a mix of vegetarian and multi-cultural creations from different countries.

Returns & Replacements
