How to take
RECOMMENDED ADULT DOSAGE (15+ years)
Take 3 capsules a day. 1 capsule before each main meal.
Use within 90 days of opening.

BARBERRY dried root 10,000 mg
Standardised to contain Berberine HCL 140 mg
GYMNEMA dried leaf 2000 mg
Standardised to contain Gymnemic acids 20 mg
PerFix® PERSIMMON fresh fruit 4974 mg
Standardised to contain 6.65 mg condensed tannins
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegesil silica.

Returns & Replacements
