近年酸種包愈來愈流行,那究竟酸種包和普通麵包有甚麼分別?

其實酸種包是一種古老傳統造包的技術,利用天然酵母、麵粉和水,加以鹽來調味就可以做出味道濃厚的麵包。比起一般麵包,酸種包的酸度比較高、升糖指數較低,不會令血糖急速飆升。加上酸種包裡的酵母能有益腸道環境,讓好菌持續成長幫助消化效能提升!所以比起其他麵包,酸種包更加適合注重健康/正在控制體重
