Golden Salangidae Sauce

由支持本地農業女廚蜜兒獨家研製的黃金銀魚醬，嚴選低溫乾燥的有機薑黃粉、即磨黑胡椒碎、二澳出產的蒜頭和薑粉，再加入大澳名產蝦皮、銀魚和蝦籽製作而成。黃金銀魚醬完美配方將香、甜、辣、鮮、鹹集於一身，以手工細火熬煮提煉，惹味香濃，盡情將鹹香溢散、味道甘美無腥。

An exclusive recipe developed by Mab, a local female chef who supports the local agricultural industry. The sauce is made by combining organic turmeric powder which is dried at a low temperature, together with ground black pepper, alongside Yi O garlic and ginger powder as well as Tai O shrimp skin, whitebait and shrimp roe.  

Golden Salangidae Sauce is simmered at low heat until a sophisticated mix of sweetness, spiciness, freshness and saltiness is created without fishy taste.
