Imme van der Haak (The Netherlands)

Pimary welcomes the first artist-in-residence, Imme van Haak, born and raised in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Her ongoing project “Beyond the Body”, a video installation featuring moving human body printed onto translucent silk, creates the possibility of physicality layering different bodies, ages, genders and identities.

Imme graduated in 2010 at the academy of arts in Arnhem. Following this, she moved to London to being studying a master in product design at the Royal College of Art graduated in 2012. Currently she’s living in Hong Kong.
