…delicious classic risotto blend!  It’s creamy and delicious and is perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.  It’s so easy; just add water and stir occasionally.

Simply add water and heat and you have dinner ready – in 18 min!  It’s a crowd-pleaser as has real parmesan cheese in it so no need to an any extra goodies.

Our complete risotto mixes contain real parmesan cheese and are delicious and so easy as a main meal. Choose from Wild Mushroom & Tarragon, Rustic Vegetable with Rosemary or Green Pea, Lemon & Mint.

Feel free to add your own goodies, such as pancetta, baby spinach or roast veggies – really tasty.

To cook in a rice cooker:

1. Place the risotto mix and boiling water into the rice cooker.
2. Press Start and let cook until the cycle has completed and has shifted to Keep Warm setting. Let rice sit with cover remaining on the rice cooker until the rice is completely tender, about 10 minutes more.
3. Serve and enjoy!

I would check it regularly and give it a stir throughout the cooking time as you don’t want the cheese in it to stick and burn.

To cook in Thermomix:

1. Place the risotto mix and boiling water into the thermomix.
2. Set to 100 degree, reverse speed 1 for 18 minutes.
3. Allow to sit for 5-10 mins until it thicken fully.
4. Serve and enjoy!
