Coarse Himalayan salt is a red or pink colour, with some crystals having an off-white to transparent colour.Containing over 80 minerals and trace elements. Coarse salt is perfect for cooking or can be used in a mortar and pestle or grinder for table use.

USES
Suggested Usage
Perfect seasoning forsavoury dishes, as well as a salty addition to some sweet dishes.
