Sichuan Mala spicy sauce is pungent and pungent with a hint of herbs. Honey's carefully selected Sichuan peppercorns and green peppercorns are sautéed to release their aroma, then ground and added to mildly spicy white sesame seeds, which are roasted at low temperature until they are crisp and not bitter.

About Mab kitchen
A unique recipe developed by local farming chef Honey, made from organic ground turmeric dried between 30-40 degrees Celsius, freshly ground black pepper, garlic and ginger powder from Er'ao, with shrimp skin, silverfish and shrimp roe from Tai'ao. Hand-boiled and refined, the perfectly proportioned recipe produces a golden silverfish sauce that is aromatic, sweet, spicy, fresh and salty, with a rich, savoury flavour.

Returns & Replacements
