About Veggie Good SO Good
A Malaysian master who loves to cook and wants to promote vegetarianism through food, Kailian uses water and firewood from the mountains to slowly cook authentic vegetarian sauces, concocting Shiso bean drum sauce and XO vegetarian sauce. The vegetarian sauce is a very convenient way to cook noodles, stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry rice, as the city is too busy.
We all feel the same way in promoting vegetarian food, and we are in agreement with the YIO Farming Society in promoting health, vegetarian food and local production. We have collaborated to produce vegetarian sauces, including shiso bean drum sauce, vegetarian XO sauce and vegetarian mushroom Sambal sauce.
Suggested recipes:
- Steamed tofu and shiso bean curd sauce
Ingredients: Tofu, fresh asparagus, steamed black bean paste
Directions: Slice the tofu and arrange on a plate. Place the asparagus on the surface with the black bean sauce and steam for 5 minutes.
- Steamed pumpkin with black bean paste
Ingredients: pumpkin, black bean paste
Directions: Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, add salt and black bean sauce and steam for 7-10 minutes until drizzled.
