Vodka is a distilled alcoholic drink that originates from Russia. The name vodka is a diminutive form of the Slavic word voda, interpreted as little water, clear, pure and tasteless， goes down with a strong burning sensation
Its pungency and penetration give it a tough persona.
People have always liked its pungent quality but at the same time felt something amiss about its tastelessness.
And then after years of experimentation, it turns out ume blends perfectly with vodka.
VAAU is TinShing Umeshu's second creation. Taking over a year to ferment, this vodka-based liquer is blended with seasonal Kishū Nankō-ume to make the punchy vodka mellowed by the ume's soft flavour. The result is a liquer that goes down with vodka's customary zest but also leaves a hint of plummy aftertaste. Coupled with its 38% alcolhol content, VAAU will no doubt become the new focus to festive gatherings
Mixing vodka and ume is like adding a layer of sheen to plain white sheet, giving lustre to our everyday humdrum.

Returns & Replacements
