二十香油 炒 清菜
· 先將清菜洗淨，切段備用
· 燒熱鑊，加入二十香油
· 清菜瀝乾，下鍋拌炒，再加適量幼鹽調味
二十香油 煎 五花腩片
· 五花腩切片，用適量幼鹽醃製調味備用
· 燒熱鑊，放入二十香油，將三色椒切絲爆香，再加入五花腩片煎香
二十香油 炆 雞翼
· 將雞翼中間𠝹開，用適量幼鹽、生粉、糖、二十香油醃製備用
· 洋蔥，薯仔切角
· 燒熱鑊，放入二十香油將洋蔥，薯仔爆香
· 加入清湯、雞翼，炆收至半乾，再加上老抽調色

Returns & Replacements
